Construction of Academic Block-01 at Air University Multan Campus

Project Air University Near Pak-German Institute, Chak-5-Faiz, Bahawalpur Road Multan.

Aesthetics of the Project:

The Academic Block-01 has two Basements, Ground Floor, and two Stories.

The Building is RCC frame structure with high class finishes. All internal walls are 4 ½” and 9” thick brick masonry, ½’’ plaster on ceiling and walls with 2’x 2’ gypsum board false ceiling, ceramic tiles floor finishes, 2-5mm glass double glazed aluminum windows and Oakwood wooden doors.

• It has two entrances from the front side and one entrance at the rear side with an internal lift facility. the front view of the building is decorated with Gutka and the glazed Multani handmade Chowka preserves the cultural heritage of Multan.
• The building will also be equipped with AC Split along with Cummins/ Caterpillar 400 KVA Generator and 2-600 KVA Transformer, Lightning protection System, Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, Telephone & Networking System, CCTV System.
